Bar staff, bar supervisors and bar managers

Be skilled with booze service.  Gain the confidence and knowledge of the professionals.  An in-depth course for servers of alcohol, including bar staff, supervisors and managers.  It will cover licensing law, alcohol and people skills.  All participants will receive a Servewise handbook.

OBJECTIVES:

By the end of the course, participants will have:

  • An overview of the legal responsibilities in the serving process
  • The knowledge to ensure fewer offences are committed, which in turn protects the license
  • A better understanding of the effects of alcohol including its short term and long term physical effects and the social consequences
