Examination of the manager’s role in aspects of procurement and utilisation of resources.

- Setting up and managing budgets
- Submitting financial proposals for expenditure
- Financial forecasting
- Submitting proposals to obtain physical resources
- Influencing others to gain resources
- Justifying a case for resources
- Evaluation of the subsequent use of resources
