This interactive workshop is intended to help develop the management skills and knowledge of  Managers in Small Businesses

  • Identifying the impact of change on the situation and people
  • Managing people through change
  • Diagnosis and implementation of change
  • Apply models of change in different situations

Day Two

  • Definition of strategic quality management
  • Applying continuous improvement methodologies
  • Overview of quality systems and their application
  • Awards and models which recognise quality
  • The role of the manager in improving quality
