This interactive workshop is intended to help develop the management skills and knowledge of  Managers in Small Businesses

 

OBJECTIVES:

To introduce the principles of professional sales and marketing planning. These skills will enable the manager to keep control of the business and focus the efforts of everybody on the desired goals.

Starting with an overview of the business the workshop uses a variety of delivery methods to transfer learning into practical application of Sales and Marketing principles for any business.

  • Looking at the role of market research
  • Segmentation and customer targeting
  • Developing a competitive edge in your market place
  • Creating a marketing package
  • Applying sales management techniques within the sales department
